Each year Esmod fashion school holds a graduation show for their graduate students. On the graduation show, students will show their collections, which they have worked on their last year. Everyone who is interested in fashion or who works in the Norwegian fashion industry usually attends the Esmod graduation show.
As the light slowly turns off, the hall is dimmed and the music starts to play. This is when everyone takes up their phones and snap pictures of the Esmod student show or “Generation X”, which the students call it themselves. This year the students want to mark themselves and bring something new into the Norwegian fashion industry.
This year’s Esmod show was a big success and I want to give a personal congratulation to all the amazing designers. The 18th June will be an important day for all the graduate students. I am thankful for being allowed to be a part of such a meaningful day. Everyone who worked backstage did an incredible job. I was fortunate enough to be allowed to be one of the Make up artist.

Finally I can post the photos of Alavi by Mahshid Alavi! Went to the show yesterday (her class had a graduation-show) and it was amazing with so many great pieces. Mahshid – a friend I’ve known since my young and teenage teakwondoe-years. Really fun to see people close to you form into someone so talented.
«So yeah, watch out, this week will be all about cool and totally original clothing!»
This is my last fashion project, which I did for myself. I wanted it to be my last and best one and get it published. I am proud of my entire crew for the effort they put in this project. I had only one week to plan the entire shoot, however, the result is amazing.
The story is about a wild night in Clarion Collection Hotel Folketeateret, where two girls are fighting for the attention from the same guy.
Being part of such an amazing crew was amazing and we had a lot of fun on the set. This was actually the first job I ever did, when I went to makeup school. I still remember how nervous I was, but yet I jumped right on it and just did it. This is a decision that I never will regret. Vegar Leite is an incredibly kind and talented artist. He participated in Idol in 2011 and came second.
Under this production I was working as a makeup artist, along with two other incredibly talented makeup artists. The first day we worked 11 hours, out in the cold January weather. Here are some shots from the video:
You should watch the music video now!
In this article you can read the feedback on the music video and song:
The series “Lost love” is a love story, however, I did not want it to have an ending. What I am trying to show through the pictures is what jealousy makes us do, when we are in love. The story starts happy, where two people are in love, but later on, jealousy is inflicted in the story.
I wanted the story to be unique and that´s why I used body paint and acrylic paint. My goal with the project was to tell a story, that a lot of people could familiarize themselves with. The jealous, pain, hate and love. Enjoy the pictures.
